more knee pain
hiiii!!! my knees have a love/hate relationship with running. My left knee tends to hurt normally after 5-6 miles at a moderate pace. I currently wear the hoka bondi 8 thinking the extra cushion would provide some relief to running on pavement. Any recommendations on anything else I could do besides stop running? It currently aches to walk but I’m very stubborn.
