Labwork Question - AST & ALT

Hi! I had bloodwork for my annual physical a week after running the NYC marathon and it came back with high AST & ALT (liver enzymes). I got retested this week and am almost back to a normal range, but still slightly high.

Can high AST & ALT be influenced by running? Even 7+ days post marathon?
