Any Saturday Long Run Pals?
I know this weekends long run is scheduled for Sunday, but nothing beats a Saturday long run imo
I’ve included a screenshot of my fave long run loop on MLK drive and SRT. It’s about 10 miles and I’ll probably go in the 10-11 minute mile pace if anyone is around and wants to join! I usually get on the SRT around locust but could meet up anywhere on the trail before the art museum.
