1/2 Marathon Training Program
Hello all, I am currently signed up to run the NYC United Half Marathon in March and I was wondering if there are any ½ marathon running programs anyone would recommend.
This will be my 4th ½ marathon, but only my second where I will be trying to run my fastest. My current PB is 1:52 and I am aiming for something closer to 1:45. (running 3-4 times/ week)
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated :)
