carbon plated shoes 👟

Happy Friday-eve Endorphins!!! 💙⚡️ Gearing up for my first marathon in five weeks (anyone else running Mesa??) and looking for honest feedback on carbon plated shoes… Would you recommend to a first time marathoner? Are they worth the money if you’re not an elite runner? If yes, do you have any recommendations?
