Knee Discomfort
Hi!
I just finished a 15k training block in December and took 2 weeks off of running post-race to recover. I am easing back in and experience some discomfort in the upper portion of my knee when I do speed work. I have no pain while walking and do leg strength exercises 2x per week. Any tips on how to keep the injury at bay and prevent it from getting worse? Thanks!
