Mile time trial - Update

Yo!!!

For those that saw my last post - thanks for responding, this mile time trial will be a lot more fun with friends than alone lol.

Here are the details:

What: All out mile time trial, feel free to come and test your mile time, help pace, or just vibe and cheer people on :)

When: Sunday, January 28th

Time: 12:00 pm

Where: Montrose lakefront track

Please comment below if you plan on going and whether you are a.) testing your mile b.) signing up to pace or c.) cheering
