Garmin forerunner 265s or venu 3s

So I just got my best friend a Venu 3s for her birthday and it got me thinking about upgrading from my old Apple Watch to a Garmin.
I can’t decide between the forerunner 265s and the venu 3s. Any thoughts on these watches or the differences between the two?
