Chicago Marathon Hotels

Anyone have a recommendation for a hotel or Airbnb in close proximity to the Chicago start? Not familiar with the city and seeing some hotels appear to booked already. Maybe it was not smart for waiting this long to book— any tips or recs are appreciated:)!
