Sore foot after running

Hi there - I did a 14 mile long run a week ago and recovered really well. However the day after I woke up with a really sore left foot, on the outside towards the ankle.
I gave it a couple days rest and it was still a bit sore, I thought it might have been a bruised foot but there are no marks of swelling. I have ran a couple of 4 mile runs since and it hasn’t gotten any better. It doesn’t hurt to touch but if I push in really hard I begin to have discomfort. It doesn’t hurt all the time but sometimes I feel like I can’t even put weight on it without it hurting.

I’ve done a bit of Dr Google and I think it could be a Jones fracture or tendinitis but not 100% sure?

Any help would be appreciated 💙
