Weekly Update 1/15/24!!! - We are planning a raceee + Endorphins 365 Beta + Drop 004 + Giveaway!!!

Hello everyone and Happy Endorphins Monday!

We have had a handful of members join in the last week and I’d like to help give you some insight on what Endorphins is, what we stand for, and how we roll!

Endorphins is on a mission to spread positivity and happiness through movement and exercise! We do this by bringing people together at group runs around the shared love of running and by helping our members achieve their goals via our coaching support! We host 25 runs a week in 9 cities (that is wild to think about)! Whether you are able to attend our group runs in person or are participating virtually, we remain united by our shared mission of spreading positivity and happiness! So awesome!

We host weekly runs on Mondays because we know when you start the week off on a high with movement and connection, it sets you up for an awesome week!

Ok lets dive into what we have going down in the world of Endorphins this week!

We are hosting a race in NYC | THE A2A!!!!

This is so exciting! We hosted a race last fall that was super fun! And we are planning another for Thursday, February 8th!! We wont be sharing any details other than the name is the A2A Race!! LFG!!

We have a priority access form that we will be using to ensure our most engaged community members have a chance to get an entry to the race before we post about it on social media and to the broader running community.

We will send an email out to everyone with priority access later this week with all registration details! From there we will then open it up to the public.

If you’re in NYC on the evening of February 8th and want to participate, here is the form for priority access! Also worth noting, if people continue to love the races we can explore hosting them in other Endorphins cities as well!

Endorphins 365 Beta!!

We are in week 2 of the Endorphins 365 beta. This week we have coaching office hours with @Jonah Rosner who will be answering everyone’s questions on strength programming!

Also - for additional context our community has come together to design a training program that is inclusive of an intro to running program (foundations), training programs for all race distances broken out by experience level, strength programming, and access to world class coaches. We are in a beta mode which effectively is a focus group of community members to help provide feedback and critiques to the structure so we can make it awesome before we open it to the broader community.

If you are interested in being part of Endorphins 365 program when the beta period is over you can fill out the waitlist form and we will notify you when it is open!

Lastly - if you are running a half marathon in April or May and are seeking coaching support fill out the waitlist form. We are looking for a few more people to help out with testing our half marathon program.

Drop 004 - Beanies!

It is cold in many of our cities! We are working with our manufacturer to produce high quality running beanies! For anyone who is new, we poll the community constantly asking for feedback on Endorphins, our experiences, and the gear we create. Last poll it was clear that the community wanted Beanies… so we went out to make some! We have gone through a few phases of sampling and now are just waiting for the final product to be shipped from Asia to NYC. We will be conducting a community vote on styles and designs in the next two weeks! As always, will continue to keep everyone updated as more info comes up!
