Hi Everyone! My name is Jino (pronunced Gee-No). I moved from DC earlier in January 2024. I’m actually from New Jersey, but was out in DC for work.

I haven’t ran consistently in about 4-5 years, but I’m hoping to get back into it again this year! I’ve mostly ran 5/10Ks but my long term goal is to run a full marathon! Last race I did was a Hot Cider 5K in National Harbor near DC in Nov 2023. My favorite running memory is running my first 5K when I was 14 and experienced my first runner’s high. This memory was immediately followed by my worst memory of running, when I physically couldn’t get out the car from the ride home because my lower body hurt so much. HAHA - you live in you learn 😁.

I’m also excited to meet new people on these runs!!! The community looks awesome and I’m super excited to start running again because of it 🤙🏼.
