Adductor strain/weak
Hello, in my last marathon prep i had a left hip adductor issue that i was lucky to restrengthen. It seems that the problem is back after my marathon but this time on my right adductor. I raced Jan 14 and took 10 days off. And then did very easy running for 30 mins mixed in with some rest days. Am i trying to get back on my feet too quick? Could it be my running form? Shoes? The exercises i used to strengthen my left doesn’t seem to do much for my right. Please help!!
