Small labral tear & mild glute med/min tendinosis

Have been experiencing some pain/discomfort since about December? It moves around from hip to lower back to glute to groin. The pain isn’t usually too bad, and it isn’t constant.

Just got a MRI done and was diagnosed with the following:
- small right anterior acetabular labral tear
- mild right gluteal tendinosis

My PR left the practice and I haven’t returned or found another one since. But I’ve been doing my lift 3x/week and PT exercises/dynamic warmup/banded exercises daily. I’ll try to connect with a new PT…

My pcp is recommending that I rest, do PT, take anti-inflammatory meds, and pull out of my spring marathon.

Would someone be able to share a program specific to these issues? Can I keep running on this?
