Garmin Cadence Lock
I’ve got a q! I’ve scoured the internet for an answer and it’s been inconclusive so far.
I had a total deload week 5 weeks ago bc I was out with a cold. Since then, I’ve been having issues with my Garmin and it possibly cadence lock. I’ve been monitoring my effort and have dropped pace for several runs. I’ve noticed strong correlation with decrease cadence and HR dropping.
I’ve tried..
wearing it higher up on the arm,
different arms,
power on/off
I wonder if it’s a tech issue or a personal fitness issue. I’m using HR to gauge general improvement so I don’t need an HR strap quite yet. Any ideas/POVs/solves welcomed.
