Winter Running Gear

Hey all! I’m just getting back into running and haven’t run outside in a VERY long time but I’m doing the Brooklyn Half this May - I wanted to ask what outdoor NYC winter weather gear would you recommend?

I’m a complete newbie to outdoor winter running and it’s a little scary lol
