Not eating enough—help!
So I know I’m definitely not eating enough for the training I’m doing… and I’m really trying, I just have a relatively low appetite. I usually can’t eat much throughout the day, even though I’ll end with a large dinner.
I try to prioritize protein, but I would love ideas on what else to prioritize in my day to day meals. Any food recommendations that are going to do the most for me would be great too, or tips on increasing appetite.
