WANTED: ACL good vibes
Hi, everyone! Cutting right to the case, I tore my knee skiing (ACL and MCL) in January and tbh it sucks. I realized I can’t be the only one in this group who’s done something like this, so I want any advice or tips you all might have for dealing with this and returning to running!
I have the medical advice and PT covered, but would love any success stories or advice this community might have. I can’t wait to get back out there with you all!
