Hey everyone!

Runner now for more than 20 years but it’s been off and on of where my competitive streak kicks in. At 44 with the kids a little bit older it’s definitely kicked in again. Almost qualified for Boston at 23 with a 2:12 chasing a 2:10. Next up is the Shamrock marathon in Virginia Beach.

I’m a military guy soon to be retired from service so lived all over the world and now we’re calling DC or Arlington home.
