miles and miles and miles
Hey all, if anyone is looking for some easy miles tonight (2/20) I am thinking of 4-5 easy starting around 6:30/6:45 ish and we can start from the Whitney for convenience!
I am also doing a track session at MIT tomorrow morning starting at 7:00 am! The breakdown of the track session will be a mile at tempo pace, 2-3× 1k/600 (continuous) 1k at 5k race pace and then 600 starting at 5k race pace but getting faster each 200 to end at mile pace. 2x1k Breakdowns which is
400/300/200/100
2-3’ rest between everything.
