Shin splint help 🙏🏼

Hey y’all - I’m in an awful spot with my shin splints to the point it’s starting to hurt to just walk. A couple months back I introduced spin to my marathon training plan to reduce impact. I’m now solely spinning and doing Barry’s HIIT classes but I’m still not making enough recovery progress. I have great shoes, ice my shins every day, etc. are there any run clinics I should go to??

Looking for unit on how to create a recovery plan that I can start ASAP. Thank you!!
