Double the threshhold, double the fun thats the saying right?

Thinking of doing a small session tonight around 6:45 but pretty flexible on time. 1 mile warm up, 2× 800 @ threshold with 1 minute jog recovery in between, 4×30 seconds with 1 minute jog in between, and then a 1-1.5 mile cool down. Would love some buddies!
