Workout and lifting schedule and frequency for different seasons
I am someone who really likes running and loves lifting. I have always had issues balancing both either during the times I am training for a race or during the off season. i usually lift 5 times a week normally. However I found during marathon training that I ideally can lift 4 times a week consistently when I’m running 4 to 5 times a week.
I was wondering if someone could help me build a sample running plan with a lifting frequency between 4 to 5 times a week and running 3 to 5 times unless I’m am being unrealistic then I’ll do the changes that are smarter
