How terrible is my diet?

Diet:
AM: Smoothie

- handful of spinach

- handful of rasberries/blue berries

- 1 banana

- 1 scoop protein powder (no sugar; 22g)

- Peppering of chia + flax seeds

- Trader Joe's (TJ's) original almond milk

Noon: Protein bar (20g)

PM: Dinner (chicken + veggies) NO CARBS

- TJ's baked marinated chicken schwarma (20/so grams)

- Assorted steamed veggies (mushies, brocci, peas, string beans, etc.)

Evening Protein Smoothie

- " " same as morning, except no rasberries/blue berries

I've been doing this since May 2023 (save for a 1-3 weeks I went off for Thanksgiving/Christmas).





Excercise:
I’m running 5 days weekly (Nike Run Club 16-week marathon plan gives you 3 types of runs a week: 1) 1x long run day, 2) speed/fartlek run, and 3) 3 recovery runs. — ~300 Calories/session

I’m lifting full-body 5-7 days weekly (mild to moderate intensity at ~300 Calories/session—never super duper sore [trying to work on consistency]).

Sleep:
~7 hours/ nightly
