Hi all, I’m Christina! I’m from NY originally, recently got serious about running after moving to Manhattan this December. Looking forward to meeting some running buds as I’m training for my first half marathon (BK april 28th)! I’ve been mostly using the nike training app for my runs, would love to chat tips on recovery as I’m learning what works for me as my body is adjusting to longer runs.
