Hello, I am Evelyn Richards and currently located at Temple University. I recently just finished my first-ever marathon in Philly. Truly an amazing experience with an assortment of emotions both high and low.

After taking a hiatus, I’m back into getting into the spirit of running and making it more of a hobby. Hopefully can secure a bib for the Broad Street Run but we shall see what’s in the cards.

Running has taught me skills in discipline and being adaptive. However, most of all running got me to meet many fabulous people from all walks of life through Philly. Yesterday as I was running a little child tried to race, and these runs made it all worth it.
