Providence Marathon Contingency Planning

Hi everyone. I’ve talked to some of you about this, but the Providence Marathon/Half has yet to post their route and there are now concerns coming from the mayors office on if the race will actually happen. I’ve reached out to the Maine Coast Marathon which is the same day, and they are evidently run by the same company and can transfer my registration (theoretically). Has anyone else running Providence learned new details on the race’s status?
