Quad and hip pain
The past few weeks the middle of my quad on the medial side feels like I’ve been punched a thousand times. Sometimes it radiates up through what I believe to be the groin area and results in soreness wrapping around my hip to the top of my glute. There are times when it’s better and worse but I really want to knock the out of the way! I’ve tried listening to my body and running less or slower, been increasing the stretching especially of my hamstrings and hips but some days are just worse than others. Do you think this is more than just lack of stretching and glute strength? TIA!
