UPDATES: HH run and Shamrock Shuffle info ☘️☘️☘️

Hey squad! Important updates for this week so please read below:

1.) HH Run - there will be march madness coverage

First things first, we have a HH run tomorrow starting at 6:30 pm followed up with a Happy Hour at Bodega - they are offering discounted drinks and tacos!! Since march madness is here, we confirmed with the bar that there will be tvs at the happy hour to watch games! Did Hannah Montana call? Because this sounds like the best of both worlds. 2.) Saturday run - 3 mile option for Shamrock Shuffle shakeout

For this upcoming long run saturday, there will be both 3 mile and 9 mile run options from the coffee shop for those folks that are doing the Shamrock Shuffle race on sunday or anyone that is just feeling a shorter run! Find the route linked here and more details on the run linked here.

3.) Sunday - Shamrock shuffle schedule and cheer zone information

We will be teaming up with @Anchisa Pipatpinyopong and our friends at Gold Coast Run Club Sunday morning for both warm up and cheer zone! Our dear friend @Nina Hoffmeyer has volunteered to take photos of our runners!!

For runners:

• 7:25am - meet at Jackson & Lakeshore for warmup with CARA and GCRC

• 7:45am - drills with CARA

• 8:00am - group photo by the buckingham fountain

• 8:15am - go to corrals, race your heart out, and be on a lookout for our cheer zone (see location below)

For spectators:

Oh baby get ready for a dance party and confetti-cannon filled extravaganza! We will be meeting right before mile 3 at the intersection of Jackson and State at 8:30am to cheer on all of our friends!
