Hip flexor pain
Hi! I’m getting back into running after a long time away, and have started getting hip flexor pain. This never used to be an issue for me, but I’ve heard it could be because my hip flexors are compensating for lack of muscle strength. Is this true? If so, what muscle groups should I be targeting as part of strength training? Also open to any tips on relieving hip flexor pain. Thank you so much 🙏🏻🥹
