I am going to start with the punchline here. And then break it all down below.
Endorphins is now officially powered by New Balance!!!
In this post, we will break down how we got here… and how this will benefit you.. and our community!
Endorphins is on a mission to spread positivity and happiness through movement and exercise. We do this each and every week by hosting 20+ group runs across the US!
While Endorphins is inherently a running community… our measurement of success has never been about running. This may come as a surprise so let me explain. Since day one - our city leads and organizers have always measured success by way of impact. We know that if we create a space that allows people who share the same interest as one another to come together that our members will create lasting and meaningful connections that ultimately transcend the sport of running.
Running is the catalyst that brings us together and facilitates the impact in which we aim to create every day!!
Over the past year the city leads have deliberated if we wanted to work with any brands and what our dream scenario of a brand collaboration would even look like. At first, we actually had no intention of working with any brands. However, after speaking with members of the community in each of our respective cities it became evident that working with brands that support our mission, the integrity of Endorphins, our vision for impact, and the culture of the community could actually make Endorphins experiences more fruitful for our members.
Enter New Balance…
New Balance has fully bought into our vision of creating amazing experiences and impact for you and the rest of the community. In the world of running, many brands are fixated on performance however our way of running is slightly different than the norm. Our way of running is social first with the option to dial in performance via our Endorphins 365 training program. The New Balance Run Your Way campaign speaks volumes to this synergy and alignment. When we teamed up with New Balance for our NYC and Philly Marathon weekends last year, we received budget for coffee after our shakeout run which allowed members to spend more time interacting with one another and developing connection with other members. We were given a large quantity of shoes and gear to fuel the performance of members within the community. Additionally, we were given bibs distribute to engaged members. This holistic approach to supporting impact amongst our members quickly became the gold standard of how we can support our members and each of our local communities.
We harnessed the energy from the NYC and Philly Marathon relationship to develop the game plan for this amazing partnership. The best part is… all Endorphins cities and virtual members will feel the benefits from the partnership. Similar to how we are all united by our mission, we are all united by the support New Balance will be providing our community!

This is an incredible moment for the future of our grassroot collective community. When we started Endorphins, never in a million years did we expect that we would have the global support of a major running brand like New Balance. This is a true testament to each of you who shows up each and every week, is positive, welcoming to new members, and lives the Endorphins way of life.
