Appetite change during block

Hi everyone,


Has anyone have their weight fluctuate a lot during their training block? I was 230 at the beginning of the block and I’m 2 weeks from peak mileage but the past few weeks I’ve been from 225 consistently to 230-235 which is concerning me as I want to be light for my race. It’s been stressful to consider daily and on figure out on when to have a cheat meal or my calorie intake

Am I doing something wrong on my end with my daily nutrition? Is there questions I should be asking myself or consider?
