Help: Delaware running festival bib pickup 4/20

I’m planning to race the half marathon on Sunday 4/21 and will get to Wilmington Saturday night. However bib pickup is 10am-5pm on Saturday in Wilmington - does anyone live near there or is also planning to race and could pick my stuff up for me?
