Strange calf pain

Hi, I’ve had a pain on my inner shin about halfway up my leg for about two weeks. At first I thought it was posterior shin splits but now I’m not sure. It doesn’t hurt when I put weight on it/run/walk. It also doesn’t hurt to touch the bone or anywhere around it, and no noticeable swelling. I feel pain similar to shin splints when walking like 3-5 hours after (like a 5.5/10 on the pain scale) a workout but then it goes away by the next morning and sometimes at rest I have a dull aching pain. I’ve brought down my mileage and been doing cross training. I haven’t noticed much increase in pain over the two weeks with some continued running. Yesterday I did a stair master workout and felt the same pain afterwards as running. I’ve been icing and stretching my calves/shins as well.

I’m not sure if it’s something worth going to see a doctor for or just taking time completely off. Please let me know what you recommend!
