Ankle discomfort
Hi, I am struggling to decide what I need to be doing for my right ankle 🥲 I didn’t have a FULL sprain nor recall one specific moment while running where I did something wrong but my right ankle has this weird discomfort that is not improving nor worsening. The discomfort is present when there’s weight on it, a little light limping when walking in the morning but gets a bit better in the day. When running though or jogging, the ankle clearly has some sharp pain when I land where I either have to stop or slow down. I have a brace on but how long should I rest this? Would even light jogging or activity be okay or should I refrain from all activity and for how long? Thank you!
