BQ Goal at Philly Marathon
Hello! I have the ambitious goal of running and sub 3hr marathon at the Philly Marathon in November. I’ve been working toward this for a while. I ran a 3hr 17min at Philly last year and a 1hr 34min at the Love Run half in late march. More work to be done but I was hoping to get some info in a good base building block and a 20 week training plan.
Base building - Starting now 8 to 9 weeks
20 week marathon training - starting July 7th
