Hi all!

I’m Luke. My wife, Amanda, and I live in Plano in the historic downtown area. We just got out to our first Endorphins group run (other than the kickoff event) this past Saturday, and we had such a good time out at WRL with everyone!

I’d say on my running journey, I’m starting to feel like I’m at the intermediate stage. Had run off and on throughout and after college with a few half marathons, about one per year. But last fall I trained for the Dallas Marathon and really got into running. As soon as I finished Dallas, I signed up for the Irving Marathon, which was about a month ago.

I’m not super fast. Ran these marathons in 5:18 and 4:48, so always down to hang with the 10, 11, or 12 minute pace group. BQ is not on my radar lol, only looking at my PRs 😄

I’m planning on doing Dallas again in 2024 and the Cowtown full in Feb 2025. Shorter term, just planning to keep up weekly consistency over the summer and have fun with y’all at some group runs!
