Running Postpartum
Hello! I’m nearly 6 weeks postpartum and my Mother’s Day gift to myself yesterday was an easy 2 miles. 🥲🥳 I’ll be fully cleared to start training this week, but looking for advice.
Will this be a complete start over? I ran until 23 weeks pregnant. I don’t even know where to start or what’s recommended with paces. What is the recommendation? I’ll want to get back up to speed pretty quickly.
