Astoria/LIC - Summer Pilates

Hi!

My Pilates series, Hellgate Pilates, starts up its 8th summer season just after Memorial Day if anyone is looking to add Pilates into their workout routine, and work out outside after spending the day inside working!

Also up in Hunter on Sundays, and have a special pop-up at Rooted by Moonlight Flower Farm on Saturday, June 8.
