I am LaTosha Ramsey! Most people call me Tosh or Dr. TOSH (my students. I work at UM-PH.D. Not a medical doctor. lol)

I am a Florida Girl! I grew up in Miami and the metro Detroit area. I went to college in Louisiana and Alabama - War 🦅 Eagle!

I started endurance running in 2022 when I was really sick and felt in love with my run club and running all over again! Team footworks showed me that running can be run even running a marathon in Miami heat! Lol My goal is to run all 6 majors marathons! I have my first this October🎉

I love running on the Miami Beach 🏝️ boardwalk! I love the 🌅 sunset runs on the Venetian. The shade and breeze, water view of Coconut Groove!
