Hello and Happy Endorphins Monday!!!
Welcome to the 500+ new Endorphins members that joined our community in the past week!! We are a global running community that is dedicated to our mission of spreading positivity and happiness through movement and exercise. We do this each and every week by hosting group runs in 10 cities!!! across the US. This week in particular we are hosting over 30 free events for our members!! Whether you are able to make our runs our participate virtually, we are all united by our mission!

Global Run Day - This Weds!!
It is Global Running Day this Wednesday June 5th and best believe we will be going all out for it!!! LETS GOOO! In all 10 Endorphins cities we will be hosting runs that include free food or refreshments and…. limited edition Endorphins x New Balance Global Run Day shirts (while supplies last)!
We expect to have well over 1000 Endorphins members from across the world come together to celebrate GRD. When you let that sink in…. it is remarkable knowing that we have a global community committed to our mission of spreading positivity and happiness!

Race Week in Chicago!!
This weekend we have a handful of Chicago Endorphins members racing in the Chicago 13.1 Half Marathon!!! There will be a shakeout option on Saturday as well as a hype cheer zone to celebrate! If you aren’t planning on racing, go out and support your fellow Endorphins members! If you are racing, rep your Endorphins hat so we can get pics of you and feature you in our post race social media posts!!!
Endorphins 365 - Training Starts for Chicago Marathon!!
Speaking of Chicago…. we are now less than 20 weeks away from the Chicago Marathon!! If you intend to follow the Endorphins 365 and use the program resources for your training today would be the day to sign up so you can get the most out of the full training block! What is Endorphins 365?
Endorphins 365 is a community designed training program purpose built for members of Endorphins who would like professional support with running, strength training, and nutrition. We have three world class coaches who have come together to create an all encompassing and always on training system to help support you and your running journey! Each week there is a live coaching call with one of our coaches to talk through the programming.
This week we are joined by Coach @Rebeka Stowe our head coach for open office hours - we look forward to seeing you on the team call.
The Chicago Endorphins group will be following the Endorphins 365 long run schedule throughout the summer and the program is an amazing resource if you are looking for a community of others to train with who will all be using the same plan!
