Potential peroneal tendonitis
Hey y’all! I’ve been having some pain on the outside of my foot that started about a week ago while on a walk after a race. Felt like a regular foot cramp but now it flares up when I walk for longer than 10 minutes and at certain points when I flex my foot a certain way. It seems like it may be peroneal tendonitis, wondering how I can try and recover other than RICE so I can get back to running? Thank you!🫨
