Welcome everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself, recently moved to the metroplex and started running with some local clubs (ZFT & RUN IT UP). I also recently ran the half marathon for the fiesta de Mayo event in Irving, TX and also a 5K event in Plano with Fleet Feet!
Im currently just working on my technique and increasing my distance by doing some longer runs through out the week and also increasing my high intensity intervals to open up my stride in order to help prepare myself for the next half marathon run! My goal is to complete two more half marathons this year and improve my pace. Feel free to reach out and connect if you have any questions.
