Howdy!! My name is Sean and I’m located in Plano. Running has literally become a part of my life so you can catch me running on the roads or trails in DFW - mainly White Rock or Arbor Hills!

Working as an elementary school nurse, it has given me the opportunity to have time to train for the upcoming Silver Rush 50 in July - especially now that it’s summa time! Running has given me so many experiences, good and bad, and i’m just here enjoying the ride.

Outside of running, I absolutely love anything outdoors - hiking and climbing are my side quests lol. If you ever want to join in, give me a holla!
