Good morning! My name is Lawrence, some can call me Law or Lawpena, whichever preferable (as long as it isn’t Larry 😂).

I live in the Northeast Philly area. I love to run at my local trail park Pennypack Park, very close and convenient for training.

I’ve been training by myself for the past 2 years and have done a few 5K runs, doing another 5K run called the Bill Oliver 5K at Riverton, NJ on the 4th of July. I’m training for my first ever half-marathon - Rocky Run Italian Stallion.

Funny enough it really convinced my friends to try our their first 5K run back in DC and they wanted to do the Rocky Run too - just the 5K, they know of their body and mind 😂 but so happy to see others join in on the fun!

I hope to join in on the weekly runs with everyone else and hope to see y’all on the upcoming races! 👏🎉
