Long Run Time Change

Hi everyone!

In monitoring upcoming temperatures for this next week, and as the summer continues to get hotter, we have changed the upcoming long run (6/22) to begin at 7:30am instead of 8am.

All future Saturday long runs will keep this 7:30am start time so we can beat the DC summer heat!

As always, please arrive a few minutes early so we can be starting promptly at 7:30.
