AM Long Run (Saturday, 7/6)

Hey everyone! Looking forward to the long run tomorrow morning - just a reminder from Nikki and I that we’re planning to start a half hour earlier than usual at 8am (same meeting spot outside of Heartbreak Hill in the South End).
