Hey Runners-

I’m coaching two group training sessions:

Brooklyn/Prospect Park: Rise and Run with BK Run Project Group Training - Tuesday and Thursday Mornings at 6:30am

Central Park Tuesday nights 6:30pm- Summer Training Program

These are paid training programs and each are slightly different.

All levels welcome: beginner to Boston qualifiers!
