HEY ENDORPHINS LA! We hope you all had an awesome Fourth of July weekend! it has been HOT & HUMID, so be smart about hydrating and planning runs in the early morning or evening 🙏🏽

We wanted to remind you about an awesome opportunity to join us this Thursday (7/11) @ 6:30PM for a run with Equinox run club in Santa Monica! We will do a chill 4 mile route down to the beach and back. Then, join us for stretching and recovery at Equinox Santa Monica, afterwards. Equinox will also validate up to two hours of free parking in their garage as well!
