Hi all, my name is Sumar Dey, I'm from Garland, but have lived in South Florida and Austin previously for ~20 and 2 years, respectively. I bought my mom a house in Dallas, so that's what brought me to the Metroplex.

I don't have any running goals or races to prepare for, I just decided to jump into the running club hype train because I've been seeing memes about it nonstop and have heard great things about it. Ideally, I'd love for running to be put into my fitness regiment along with lifting, with the hopes of both to get me back into Rugby shape to play again or to help me go into Muay Thai.

One thing I did want to bring up, I've always felt I've always ran "wrong", mainly because I'm "duck footed" (feet point outwards), I was hoping if anyone has any resources that I can review to see how I should be running properly with how my feet are structured?

Outside of running, I'm currently building a wellness start up, and whenever I'm not working or rotting away, I love to walk the nature/walking trails in Dallas (Katy Trail and White Rock Lake).

P.S., That was  my foster kitten, my actual cat doesn't like me to take pictures (orange cat activities).
